Charity Baril Saneholtz, Chief Operations Officer and Senior Compliance Specialist
Charity Saneholtz is our licensing and renewal specialist. She is expert in applications for sales to wholesalers and also for direct sales to consumers and is a Notary Public. Since 1998 Charity has worked for Baril Compliance Service handling licensing, product registration and reporting.
Katherine Little, Senior Product Specialist
Katherine Little is our Office Manager and handles Brand Registrations, Distributor Changes and Price Postings. Katherine is the Monthly Reporting Supervisor. She has worked for Baril Compliance Service since 2000.
Ila Halstead, Licensing Specialist
Ila Halstead is our wholesale three-tier licensing specialist. She started doing wine compliance reporting in 2002, handling all aspects of out-of-state compliance. She is a Notary Public and loves doing compliance. She has been with Baril Compliance Service since 2011.
Kathleen Connolly, Compliance Specialist
Kathleen Connolly handles brand registration, distributor changes, price postings and monthly reporting duties. She came to us with excellent compliance experience, having worked for Adler Fels Winery for 7 years. Kathleen has worked for Baril Compliance Service since 2011.
Teresa Riley, California ABC & TTB licensing specialist
Teresa Riley is our California ABC & TTB licensing specialist and is a Notary Public. She came to us with extensive experience having worked at Sebastiani Vineyards helping to build up their Woodbridge facility as well as Napa Wine Company. She also had her own compliance business for 15 years. She has been with Baril Compliance Service since 2011.
George D'Angelo, Owner
George D'Angelo is Human Resource Manager and handles all accounting duties for Baril Compliance Service.
